Can anyone suggest something that will remove a paint scuff from my daughters Bitty baby? It's the brunette- She got for xmas and bumped her into the door frame while walking through. Need something that will take off the paint but not the hair color.
Thanks for any tips!!

Okay...I got this stuff from a place called twin pines that someone suggested here on the board...I actually called and talked with the people...they are really nice and have been restoring dolls, for a LONG time. I have an AG that has toe nail polish on and didn't want to mess up her either, so I got the stuff they call "removezit"...but I haven't tried it yet, holidays and all but I will work on her this week and tell you how it goes, if you don't find anything else that will work, maybe this will work? I'll let you know! Oh, there website, I think..is www.twinpines.com

Twin Pines will take off the dolls paint!!!! Try using rubbing alcohol.. sometimes that will work best.. unfortunately, that is paint that is on her head.. paint over paint and most likely it will be there for the long haul.. there is no way that i am aware of that you can remove that 1st layer of paint (scuff) and not damage the paint underneath it.
